Ja, wir bieten ein völlig kostenloses Abonnement, das grundlegende Plattformdienste für Ihre Test-/Entwicklungs- oder Produktionsanforderungen bereitstellt.
F: Was kann ich mit dem kostenlosen Abonnement tun?
Das kostenlose Abonnement bietet Ihnen die Flexibilität, verschiedene Funktionen einzusetzen:
- Stellen Sie containerisierte Anwendungen in unserem globalen Anwendungsbereitstellungsnetzwerk mit Ihrer vorhandenen Kubernetes (K8s)-Bereitstellungsspezifikation bereit. Sie können bis zu acht Container über unser globales Netzwerk bereitstellen, um blitzschnelle Leistung für ein globales Publikum zu liefern. Sie müssen keine K8s-Cluster oder Load-Balancer verwalten oder sich nicht um die Sicherheit der App sorgen.
- Sichern Sie eine bereits laufende Anwendung an einem oder zwei Cloud-Standorten (sogar bei zwei verschiedenen Cloud-Anbietern). Es ist so einfach wie die Konfiguration eines virtuellen Load-Balancers in unserem Netzwerk und die Angabe der IP-Adressen des/der Ursprungsserver(s). Wenn Sie nicht möchten, dass Ihre Ursprungsserver dem öffentlichen Internet ausgesetzt sind, können Sie auch bis zu zwei Distributed Cloud Mesh-Knoten an jedem der Cloud-Standorte einrichten, um Ihre Ursprungsserver privat und sicher mit unserem globalen Netzwerk zu verbinden, ohne dass Ihre Anwendung dem öffentlichen Internet ausgesetzt ist.
- Stellen Sie die Distributed Cloud App Stack-Software auf einer VM in Ihrer öffentlichen/privaten Cloud oder auf einer zertifizierten Hardware an Ihrem Edge-Standort bereit. So erhalten Sie eine vollständig verwaltete App-Plattform, die nicht nur in der Cloud/dem Edge, sondern auch in unserem Netzwerk verteilt ist (mit bis zu acht Containern in unserem globalen Netzwerk). Sie können so viele Anwendungen in Ihrer Cloud oder an Ihrem Edge-Standort bereitstellen und betreiben, wie Sie benötigen.
Sie können viele andere Kombinationen nach Ihrem Geschmack schaffen, z. B. SD-WAN an zwei Standorten einrichten und Netzwerke und Sicherheitsrichtlinien für diese beiden Standorte und das öffentliche Internet erstellen. Dies sind nur einige der Vorteile, die uns einfallen, und wir sind sicher, dass Ihnen noch viele weitere einfallen werden.
F: Warum müsste ich vom kostenlosen auf das kostenpflichtige Abonnement upgraden?
Sie müssen vom kostenlosen Abonnement auf das individuelle Abonnement upgraden, wenn Sie Ihre Bereitstellung über die genannten Stufen hinaus skalieren oder mehr Anwendungen oder Standorte verwalten müssen. Oder Sie benötigen die erweiterten Sicherheitsdienste, zusätzliche Analysedaten oder den erweiterten Support, der in unseren Abonnements für Teams oder Unternehmen enthalten ist. Für diese beiden höherwertigen Abonnements müssen Sie sich direkt für eines dieser Abonnements anmelden oder ein Support-Ticket eröffnen, um von Free/Individual zu einem dieser Pläne zu wechseln.
F: Wann wird mir mein Abonnement in Rechnung gestellt?
Das Datum, an dem Sie von einem kostenlosen zu einem kostenpflichtigen Abonnement wechseln, ist das Datum der wiederkehrenden Abrechnung. Wenn Sie sich direkt für ein kostenpflichtiges Abo angemeldet haben, ist Ihr Anmeldedatum das Datum der wiederkehrenden Abrechnung.
Nur für Abos für Unternehmen: Wenn Sie sich für ein Abonnement für Unternehmen angemeldet haben, erfolgt die Abrechnung am Ende des Monats. Wenn Sie sich zu einem beliebigen Zeitpunkt in der Mitte des Monats für das Abonnement für Unternehmen angemeldet haben, erfolgt die erste Rechnung am Ende des Monats, anteilig auf der Grundlage Ihres Anmeldedatums. Die folgenden Abrechnungstermine sind jeweils am Monatsende.
F: Wann belasten Sie meine Zahlungsquelle?
Ihre Rechnung besteht aus zwei Hauptbestandteilen: einer festen Abonnementgebühr und einer variablen Gebühr für die Nutzung des Dienstes. Am Ende des Abrechnungszyklus wird eine einzige Rechnung erstellt, die sowohl die feste Abonnementgebühr als auch die variable Gebühr enthält. Und am Ende des Abrechnungszyklus wird eine einzige Transaktion über Ihre Zahlungsmethode durchgeführt.
F: Kann ich eine Vorschau auf meinen Verbrauch erhalten, bevor ich eine Rechnung erhalte?
Ja, Sie können die bisherige Nutzung und die angefallenen Kosten im Abschnitt „Abrechnung“ der Distributed Cloud Console einsehen. Sie können die Nutzungsdetails pro Stunde auf der Seite „Nutzungsdetails“ im Abschnitt „Abrechnung“ einsehen. Darüber hinaus können Sie auf der Seite „Nutzungsübersicht“ eine Zusammenfassung Ihrer Rechnung für den aktuellen Zyklus abrufen.
F: Was passiert, wenn ich meinen Tarif upgrade oder downgrade?
Upgrade und Downgrade werden derzeit unterstützt für:
- Von/zu kostenlosen und individuellen Abonnements.
- Von/zu Abonnements für Teams und Unternehmen. Bei den Abonnements für Teams und Unternehmen müssen Sie beim Downgrade auf das kostenlosen Abo das Konto schließen und ein separates kostenloses oder individuelles Abonnement abschließen.
F: Was passiert, wenn mein Unternehmen steuerbefreit ist?
Wenn Sie für eine Steuerbefreiung in Frage kommen, können Sie den „Steuerbefreiungsstatus“ beantragen, indem Sie die erforderlichen Unterlagen wie z. B. eine Steuerbefreiungsbescheinigung auf der Distributed Cloud Console im Abschnitt „Abrechnungseinstellungen“ einreichen. F: Was sind Dienstleistungsnutzungsgebühren?
Bei den Gebühren für die Nutzung von Diensten handelt es sich um variable, verbrauchsabhängige Gebühren, die durch die Nutzung bestimmter, in jedem Abonnement enthaltener Dienste anfallen. Sie können diese Gebühren jederzeit während des Abrechnungszeitraums auf der Seite „Nutzungsdetails“ im Abrechnungsbereich der Konsole einsehen.
F: Wie viele Nutzungsgutschriften sind in jedem Abonnement enthalten?
Das kostenlose Abonnement enthält keine Nutzungsgutschriften. Die Abonnements „Einzelperson“ und „Teams“ enthalten Nutzungsgutschriften in Höhe von 25 bzw. 200 US-Dollar, die am Ende des Abrechnungszeitraums auf die Gebühren für die Nutzung weiterer Dienste angerechnet werden.
